Your Board of Directors are responsible for the overall operation of the Association and the facilities.  Board members for the 2019-2020 term are:

Board Meeting Schedule

The Board of Directors meets once a month at the Tyler Walk Clubhouse. Meetings are normally held on the fourth Tuesday of each month and are open to the public beginning at 7:30 p.m. The following are the currently scheduled meeting dates for the 2019-2020 term:

Meetings are subject to cancellation. Please check the Clubhouse bulletin board for dates and notice of cancellations. 

Residents are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

Community Appearance

Exterior Changes

The architectural character of our community has been established by the architects and planners who originally designed it. The Tyler Walk Homeowners Association Board of Directors is responsible for preserving the architectural integrity of that design. As such, residents are required to submit Architectural Change Requests (ACR) for review by the Board before making any additions and/or changes to the exterior of their homes, including "like-for-like" exterior changes. Such changes include, but are not limited to installation of fences, patios, decks, walkways and sheds, and the replacement of roofs and siding. Submissions should include pictures, schematics of proposed change, color samples, and drawings.  

Approved Colors and Materials List

Residents are advised to request from the Property Manager the most updated Approved Colors and Materials List applicable to their home, prior to submitting an Architectural Change Request, as this list is updated from time to time. Below is a link to the Approved Colors and Materials List.
