Community Pool
The pool, available to residents with current pool tags, is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. From May 25, 2024 to June 9, 2024, the pool is open on Saturdays and Sundays only. From June 15, 2024 to September 2, 2024, the pool is open 7 days a week. Daily hours are noon to 8pm, with one exception: for the week of August 26th to August 30th, the pool will be open from 4pm to 8pm.
For new residents, pool tags will be provided when they join the community and should be kept for as long as they remain residents of Tyler Walk. Additionally, pool stickers will be distributed to all residents at the beginning of each pool season and are to be applied to the pool tags.
Please show your pool tags to the lifeguard and sign into the logbook upon entrance to the pool each and every visit.
A lifeguard is always on duty when the pool is open.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse is now accepting applications for rentals.
The clubhouse supports parties up to 67 people. A new audio visual center has been added in the Main Meeting Room that supports chrome casts from smartphones, laptops, iPad, and tablets. Netflix, Hulu, HBO to Go, Disney Channel accounts can be accessed directly through the TV. The TV can support webinars and video conferencing with its on board camera through Bluetooth and HDMI connections.
The facilities to be rented consist of the main meeting room, kitchen, front porch, and front lawn. While the parking area, the bathrooms, playground may be used by the renting party, these facilities will be kept open for use by other residents during the period of the rental. The clubhouse kitchen has a new stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
The facilities are available to rent by Tyler Walk residents during the pool season from 8 a.m. to noon and from 8 pm to 10 pm. for pool parties (must complete separate pool rental agreement) or for meetings and parties. The cost of the facility is $50 per hour.

Tennis Courts
Our tennis courts are open from 8 a.m. to dusk on weekdays, and 9 a.m. to dusk on weekends. Residents can contact our Property Manager Lisa Green at (267) 460-0021 to purchase a key to our courts.
Our tennis courts have been recently resurfaced and pickle ball lines have been drawn on one court.
Playground
Our playground is open daily from dawn to dusk.
