Community Pool
The Tyler Walk Pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day Weekend. Pool hours are 12 noon to 8 p.m. but are subject to change without notice. The pool is open to residents with current pool passes.
A lifeguard is always on duty when the pool is open.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse is now accepting applications for rentals.
The clubhouse supports parties up to 67 people. A new audio visual center has been added in the Main Meeting Room that supports chrome casts from smartphones, laptops, iPad, and tablets. Netflix, Hulu, HBO to Go, Disney Channel accounts can be accessed directly through the TV. The TV can support webinars and video conferencing with its on board camera through Bluetooth and HDMI connections.
The facilities to be rented consist of the main meeting room, kitchen, front porch, and front lawn. While the parking area, the bathrooms, playground may be used by the renting party, these facilities will be kept open for use by other residents during the period of the rental. The clubhouse kitchen has a new stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
The facilities are available to rent by residents during the pool season from 8 a.m. to noon and from 8 pm to 10 pm. for pool parties (must complete separate pool rental agreement) or for meetings and parties. The cost of the facility is $50 per hour.

Tennis Courts
Our tennis courts are open from 8 a.m. to dusk on weekdays, and 9 a.m. to dusk on weekends. Residents can contact our Property Manager Carol Oliveira at (215) 343-1550 for a key to our courts.
Our tennis courts have been recently resurfaced and pickle ball lines have been drawn on one court.
Playground
Our playground is open daily from dawn to dusk.
